How it works

• Your guest inquires about the mattress they enjoyed in their room.
• Serta supplies the guest with all the product and purchase details including the option to include a metal bed frame with their order.
• If the guest would like to proceed with the order, the transaction would then be processed through Serta.
• Your guest’s new Serta mattress set is delivered with our ‘Gold Service’ which includes: two-person delivery, unpacking, set-up and safe disposal of old bedding and debris.
